Delivery in Belgium

Orders under €75: relay point at €5.50 or economy delivery at €6.95.
Orders of €75 or more: free relay point or home delivery.
Pickup at the school in Liège: free, whatever the amount.

Shipping from Belgium

DEL ROSARIO orders are shipped from Liège, Belgium. We offer international delivery to destinations served and available for ordering. If your country or address does not allow for a delivery option at checkout, contact us at escuela-delrosario@hotmail.com to verify possibilities before ordering.

Delivery methods and costs

Available options depend on the destination and the package: home delivery or pickup point delivery, where this service is offered. Fees are calculated based on the country, weight, and chosen method, and are displayed before you confirm your purchase. The stated fees apply to your order; we do not add extra shipping charges after payment without your agreement.

Economy delivery to a relay point

With Mondial Relay, the relay point is chosen by email after the order is placed. We will send you an invitation to choose your pickup point when preparing the shipment. No items are shipped before confirmation of the chosen point. Check your inbox and spam folder; without a response, shipment preparation is suspended.

The relay service depends on the coverage of the postal code. If no compatible point is available, we will propose a solution and its potential costs for your approval, or refund the order if no solution is suitable for you.

Shipping lead time for clothing and accessories

Clothing and accessories have shipment scheduled within 5 to 10 days after the order. This period does not include transport to your address, which varies depending on the country and delivery method. Begoña Cervera shoes follow the specific lead times indicated below and on their product page.

Procurement and manufacturing lead times

The total lead time includes procurement or manufacturing, transit to DEL ROSARIO, and finally, shipment to your address or chosen pickup point. Availability at the supplier does not mean the item is already in stock at our shop.

For Begoña Cervera Básico, Cordonera Basic, and black Candor shoes, availability must be confirmed for the chosen size and heel. For models made to order, the manufacturing lead time is estimated at approximately 60 days from transmission to the manufacturer; transport time is in addition to this period. The estimated total lead time is communicated before purchase. In the event of a group order, the expected transmission date to the supplier must also be communicated before purchase.

Orders including multiple items

When your order includes items with different lead times, we schedule a consolidated shipment once all items are available, subject to the total lead time announced before purchase. If you wish to have separate shipments, contact us: their feasibility, lead times, and potential costs will be specified for your approval.

Tracking your package

For services with tracking, tracking information is provided after shipment. The carrier's delivery times begin once they take possession of the package and are separate from the preparation or procurement lead time. Customs inspections may prolong international transit.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Depending on the destination, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be due. When these are not collected at checkout by the shop, they may be requested from the recipient by authorities or the carrier. Their existence and responsibility for payment must be noted before your purchase; their amount depends on local regulations and the value of the package. Goods are declared at their real value and are not declared as gifts.

Delay, loss, or damaged package

Contact us with your order number so we can seek a solution and liaise with the carrier. When the carrier is provided by DEL ROSARIO, we remain responsible for the delivery until the physical possession of the package by you or the third party you have designated. Our carrier's compensation limits do not restrict your rights towards the seller.
