Refund policy

Your right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your item to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without needing to justify it. For multiple items ordered together and delivered separately, this period begins after receipt of the last item. You may also notify us of your withdrawal before delivery.

If possible, mention your order number and the items concerned to facilitate processing; no reason for return is required.

Withdraw online

You can open your order from your customer accounts — returns and cancellations and use the return or cancellation options offered. If you ordered with a phone number without an email address, use the order tracking link received via SMS. Methods via email and mail also remain available; it is not necessary to justify your withdrawal.

Items ordered from the supplier and shoes

Items in our catalog, including shoes ordered from the supplier in their standard sizes and options, benefit from the right of withdrawal. Manufacturing after an order is placed does not, in itself, constitute a ground for exclusion. No general exclusion for items ordered from the supplier or discounted items is applied.

Returning items

Return or hand over the items to Escuela del Rosario ASBL — DEL ROSARIO, Rue Naniot 190, 4000 Liège, Belgium, no later than 14 days after communicating your decision. It is not necessary to wait for authorization to exercise your right. The direct costs of return are at your expense for a withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed. A tracked shipment is recommended to keep proof, but is not mandatory.

You may try on clothing and shoes as you would in a store. For shoes, please use a clean surface to preserve the soles and nails; do not use them in class or during a performance while trying them on. You may only be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. Protect the item properly for transport.

Refund

We refund the relevant payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or evidence of their shipment, whichever occurs first. For a withdrawal concerning the entire order, the initial standard delivery costs are also refunded; the supplement for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you is not.

The refund will be made using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for this. No store credit is imposed, and no flat-rate restocking fee is charged.

Size exchange

Contact us to check the availability of another size. The terms and any costs for an exchange will be communicated to you before your agreement. An exchange request does not limit your legal rights of withdrawal or warranty.

Defective item or delivery error

Contact us with the relevant information and, if possible, photos. We cover the costs necessary to resolve a lack of conformity or an error attributable to us. Do not confuse this recourse with a return for convenience: your legal warranty remains applicable after the 14 days of withdrawal.
